Nagging text above reply box on old threads

When you open up an old thread, the quick reply box at the bottom, as well as the full reply screen, have this red text above it:

Warning: this topic has not been posted in for at least 120 days.
Unless you're sure you want to reply, please consider starting a new topic.

This is... not the kind of forum that benefits from that advice, to say the least. So maybe it shouldn't be there.

Thank you for calling that out, I noticed that on the sandbox instance. That's weird to have as a default imo! I'll see how to get it removed.

it was a setting in the Topics page of the admin panel. lol lmao etc
